30-Day Return Policy

At Salumoss, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions upon acceptance of your return request. Please note, returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food items), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Contact us with any questions or concerns about specific items.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


For an exchange, return the item you have, and after acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification, in line with the above return conditions.


After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note processing time for bank or credit card refunds.
